BREEAM 2013 Very Good, WELLv2 Pilot Silver
UNITY is located on the Grand Arenas, international business district of the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis. It is located 5 minutes walk from Nice International Airport.
The first part has nearly 8,000 m² of offices, more than 1,000 m² of shops on the ground floor and a car park with 129 spaces. This part is certified BREEAM 2013 Very Good, WELL v2 pilot Silver and Ecovallée.
The second part of the building includes two hotels with a total of 260 rooms. This part is only certified Ecovallée.
Our proudest moment, as GreenImagineering was the integration of WELL v2 pilot certification while the construction site had started and the collaboration with LPO (Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux) as ecologist.
