Located near the SNCF train station and the “Gare de Tourcoing” metro station, this new 8,000 m² building features atypical architecture on the site known as the “Sebastopol triangle”.
Spread over 5 levels, including one in the basement housing a parking lot, this building will give pride of place to light with large bay windows running on all sides of the triangle. It will also host a patio in its heart. Each level will be served by a circulation ribbon, a real common thread of the building. Starting from the ground floor, the ribbon will run along the facades allowing access to the upper floors by wide staircases, places for meetings and exchanges, which can also be used as a workspace. This feeling of conviviality will be reinforced by the implementation of an interior design with a cozy industrial atmosphere.
The last 3 levels will allow Booking to install up to 600 workstations on beautiful, bright surfaces. The ground floor will host shops and services, which will contribute to the new dynamics of the city center of Tourcoing with the renewal of the station sector and the hypercentr
