The 83 GA located at Porte Maillot near the Palais des Congrès, is part of a set of three tertiary buildings built in the 1970s in an architectural style stemming from the Modern Movement. This vast complex, built on behalf of the Maison de la Coopération Agricole, extends from Avenue de la Grande Armée to Rue de Malakoff.

The ambition to modernize these 10,000 m² of offices is reflected in the preponderant place of light and transparency in the rehabilitation project. The new facade, designed to illuminate the interior of the building by enlarging the windows, invites natural light on all floors. The hall opens transparently onto the landscaped patio. The double height created creates a large reception volume which allows the different levels to be redistributed and offers possibilities of divisibility.

Outdoor spaces are the subject of a real reappropriation and give rise to new uses. The green terraces on the 1st floor and the landscaped area on the ground floor are accessible to all. A rooftop with a greenhouse and a vegetable garden opens onto the Parisian rooftops and offers a bird's eye view of the Palais des Congrès.

The rehabilitated building becomes eco-responsible and meets BBC EFFINERGIE, BREEAM VERY GOOD and HQE 2016 standards.
