This elegantly fronted five-storey office building is located near the Elysée Palace and Hotel Le Bristol, a stone's throw from the American and British Embassies.

The project aims to completely renovate the existing building and expand the rear of the building by adding office space. The renovation and expansion project will also include the addition of terraces offering additional outdoor spaces as well as larger openings and a beautiful landscaped yard. The project also provides for the creation of an additional space of more than 300 m2 in the courtyard with a structure composed of 89 cubic meters of prefabricated beams off-site to reduce energy consumption and waste.
