Due to its strategic location in the Wacken sector near the European institutions and the Grand Est region hotel, the future Archipel business district is a major stake in establishing Strasbourg's role as an economic center on the European scene and international. Lot 5 will be the entrance to the business district and its constructions will be "figureheads" while integrating, a historical element, the former pediment of the Maillon theater. Phase 5 of the Archipel program meets the criteria of sustainable development, functional diversity and quality of life.

The real estate program will include a hotel combo consisting of a 4-star hotel, a hotel residence and a panoramic restaurant and two office buildings.

In the final project, the complex will be served by a parking lot with 310 spaces, of which 150 are underground and the rest are superstructure. Side windows will provide natural ventilation. This so-called open parking lot will have the advantage of being economical in electrical energy. Vehicle entrances and exits will be from the Allée du Printemps.
